Return Process

  Contact our customer concierge team within 14 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Secure Packaging

  Place your jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton with the original appraisal and certification documents.

  Ship Your Item

  Affix the provided insured shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition and authenticity, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
